Mr. Raymond "Ray" Alaniz

Mr. Ray Alaniz was born in McAllen and grew up in Mission, Texas.  He attended and graduated from Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School and later graduated from Mission High School. 

Mr. Alaniz served 4 years in the United States Air Force during the Vietnam War.  He then received a Bachelor's Degree from Southwest Texas State University.  He taught for 25 years in the Edinburg Consolidated Independent School District. 

Mr. Alaniz currently lives in Edinburg with his wife Susie Sanchez Alaniz.  They have 4 children and 4 lovely grand daughters. They   also have 2 Chihuahaus at home.
