IMMUNIZATION REQUIREMENTS Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic School follows the policies set out by the State of Texas and the Diocese of Brownsville. All immunizations must be up-to-date within 30 days of entry into school. Failure to comply will result in the child's removal from school.
